RuggedLight15FHD

The RuggedLight15FHD display offers a large screen display for the mobile measurement and sophisticated development activities. The large screen size allows a optimum readability of the high Full-HD resolution. The widescreen format of the RL15FHD is also perfect for the Picture-in-Picture or Picture-by-Picture representation of two input signals. With it inside a vehicle, professional results are guaranteed.


RuggedLight12WX

The Nickl RuggedLight12WX display series is for applications with higher resolution demands in an environment with an extreme light intensity. With a very high-brightness TFT-panel inside a black anodized aluminium body, a small display frame and with circular rounded edges, a RuggedLight12WX is a professional tool.


RuggedLight8X

The Nickl RuggedLight8X display series is a very space-saving conceptual design, as shown with very compact dimensions. With a high-brightness TFT-panel inside a black anodized aluminium body, a small display frame and with circular rounded edges, a RuggedLight8X is a professional tool.


SunLight12X

The Nickl SunLight12X is designed for the research and development of automobile manufacturers and those suppliers. It is able to display colour images within the whole range of graphics standards such as DOS text modes, VGA, SVGA, XGA, SXGA graphics and Video standards like NTSC, PAL and SECAM. As option a DVI input is available. All input resolutions smaller than 1024 x 768 dots can be expanded by an excellent image expanding technique which uses both, horizontal and vertical filtering.


SunLight10X

The Nickl SunLight10X is designed for the research and development of automobile manufacturers and their suppliers. It is able to display colour images within the whole range of graphics standards such as DOS text modes, VGA, SVGA, XGA graphics and Video standards like NTSC, PAL and SECAM. Colour modulation can be either CVBS or S-Video. All input resolutions smaller than 1024 x 768 dots can be expanded optionally by an excellent image expanding technique which uses both, horizontal and vertical filtering.

In that way, the largest model StarLight15X was developed for cost-sensitive applications. It offers all what is neccesary to work effectively in the research and development on an automobile. For example its resolution of 1024 x 768 dots allows working with graphical user interfaces and its high brightness of 400 cd/m² eases reading the display content. Even mixed application with PC graphics and camera is possible because the user can select between the inputs.


StarLight12X

StarLight8S

At the development of the Nickl StarLight series all experiences made with the SunLight series are collected. Then the main features of them are inherited in order to offer a very cost-effective display.

In that way, the starter model StarLight8S was developed for cost-sensitive applications. It offers all what is neccessary to work effectively in the research and development inside a vehicle. For example its resolution of 800 x 600 dots allows working with graphical user interfaces and its high brightness of 350 cd/m² eases reading the display content. Even mixed application with PC graphics and camera is possible because the user can select between the inputs.


StarLight6V

For the mobile measurement engineering and survillance purposes the Nickl StarLight6V was developed. The main focus was the standard VGA resolution, very compact outer dimensions and a bright display. This allows easy car-integration and it can be directly connected to the VGA output of a measurement PC.


VersaLight65V

For the mobile measuring technology in test and long-term running vehicles "VersaLight65V" VGA TFT display was developed. The focus was held on visualization, operation ergonomics and acoustic signaling stood when measuring with a data logger. The bright and contrast-rich display can process signals with VGA resolution brilliantly. In addition, the magnifier allows showing screen areas either stretched to full screen or mapped pixel-accurately.
The high-brightness backlight can be dimmed down to low brightness, allowing operation at darkness.
Events can be triggered easily by operating the large sensor button at the top of the case. The sensitivity of this button can be adjusted.


Planet6WQ

For the mobile measurement and test engineering the wide-format display Planet6WQ was created. The two major characteristics are the 16:9 wide-format and the transflective technology. This format allows easy installation in car applications and the transflective technology ensures readability at direct sunlight.

The Nickl Planet6WQ displays colour images at a resolution of 400x240 dots. This allows either shrank displaying of DOS-Text or 640x480 signals or pixel-accurate displaying of a region of the incoming signal. Furthermore a sub-region can be magnified and displayed over the full screen. PAL, NTSC and SECAM signals can be either stretched, fit horizontally or fit vertically.
